This Privacy Policy explains how Beau Is Afraid AI ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our AI generation Service.

The service processes your sign-in identifier, name and email, uploaded images, generated videos, generation history and purchase records to provide accounts, generation and payment functionality.

Payment data. When you make a purchase, our payment partners collect billing details directly. We receive a transaction reference and status — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate accounts, fulfill generations, deliver results, confirm purchases, answer support requests, prevent fraud and protect the service. We may retain records needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. We do not sell your personal information.

If you report NSFW, violence, gore, hate speech or other prohibited content, we use the identifiers and details you provide to investigate abuse and handle the report. Provide task identifiers or links instead of illegal or harmful media.

Sharing

Images and generation instructions are sent to the AI provider performing your generation. Files are stored in the site’s configured object storage. Payment details are handled by the payment provider; this site does not receive full card details.

We share information only with:

• (a) infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, CDN) acting as our processors
• (b) AI inference providers strictly to fulfill the generation request you submitted
• (c) payment processors strictly to complete your transaction
• (d) analytics providers in aggregated or pseudonymized form
• (e) law enforcement or other parties when required by valid legal process

Data Retention

We retain account, generation and purchase records as needed to provide the service, investigate failures, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Files are not guaranteed to be stored permanently; download results you want to keep. Closing an account does not instantly erase payment records, backups or copies held by independent providers.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email support@beauisafraid.com. We respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Service, contact support@beauisafraid.com so we can remove the account.

International Transfers

Hosting, storage, AI and payment providers may process information in countries other than your own. Data protection rules may differ. We handle such processing subject to applicable transfer requirements; contact support for information about the providers used by this site.

Security

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and loss. No system is perfectly secure; if you suspect a breach, contact support@beauisafraid.com immediately.

Cookies & Similar Technologies

Essential cookies maintain sign-in and complete authentication. Browser storage helps restore pending tasks. Images and videos are accessible through file links; share those links only with intended recipients.

Selected photos are compressed and cached on your device for up to 30 days to restore your draft. Clearing browser storage removes local copies, not files already uploaded. Browser restrictions or shared devices may affect caching; remove your photos on devices others can access.

Referral and campaign attribution

We record invitation relationships, campaign parameters (UTM), country or region, device, language and registration IP to understand acquisition and operate accounts. Campaign and invitation data are cached in your browser for up to 30 days. Orders retain the source recorded when they were placed.
