The Service

Welcome to Beau Is Afraid AI (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service. By creating an account or using any feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This service creates effect videos from your uploaded photos. AI results can vary. Examples illustrate the intended effect and do not guarantee an identical result.

Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every action taken under your account. Notify us immediately at support@beauisafraid.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• (a) infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party
• (b) generate content depicting real, identifiable individuals without their consent
• (c) generate content that sexualizes, endangers, or otherwise harms minors
• (d) impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• (e) attempt to bypass, probe, or interfere with the Service's security, rate limits, or moderation systems
• (f) resell, sublicense, scrape, or otherwise commercialize the raw output channels in a manner not contemplated by these Terms

No Adult or Sexually Explicit Content

The Service is intended for general audiences. You agree not to generate, upload, request, or share content that is pornographic, sexually explicit, gratuitously violent, or otherwise classified as not-safe-for-work (NSFW). Accounts that produce or attempt to produce such content may be suspended or terminated without refund.

Pornography, nudity, sexual acts or fetish material, sexual violence or exploitation, and non-consensual intimate images or sexual deepfakes are forbidden. Sexualized depictions of minors, including fictional or AI-generated minors, are always prohibited. These rules cover uploads, references, requests, outputs and sharing, whether real, edited or synthetic; adult age, consent or private use creates no exception. We may reject requests and remove hosted violations. Report concerns to support@beauisafraid.com with task identifiers or links; do not resend illegal media.

Violence, Gore, Hate and Other Harmful Content

Do not upload, request, generate or share:

• Violent or gory content, including severe injury, dismemberment, torture, abuse of people or animals, or threats, incitement or glorification of violence.
• Hate speech, dehumanization or incitement to discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or similar protected traits.
• Terrorist or violent-extremist propaganda, recruitment or support.
• Targeted harassment, bullying, exposure of private information, or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.

These rules apply to uploaded and reference materials, requests, results and sharing, including real, edited, fictional or AI-generated content. Do not evade restrictions. We may reject requests, remove hosted violations or restrict or terminate accounts. Report violations to support@beauisafraid.com with task identifiers or links; do not resend illegal or harmful media.

User Content & Generated Output

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference materials you submit. By submitting them, you grant Beau Is Afraid AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit those inputs solely to operate the Service. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the generated output to the extent permitted by applicable law and may use it for personal or commercial purposes, with the caveat that AI-generated output may not always be eligible for copyright protection.

One-time generation packs

Payments buy the displayed quantity of video generations for your signed-in account, not a subscription or a cash balance. There is no recurring charge. Review the price, currency, quantity and example before paying. Except for a confirmed product fault that prevents delivery of a result and cannot be resolved, purchases are non-refundable under the Refund Policy, subject to mandatory law.

Generation packs belong to your signed-in account. Each purchase is a one-time payment. Creating a video uses one generation; a confirmed generation failure returns it automatically. Keep your account secure and download creations you wish to retain.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, payment, analytics, and AI inference. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or actions of those third parties. Your use of any third-party integration is subject to that provider's own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beau Is Afraid AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Termination

We may restrict access for abuse, unlawful uploads or attempts to bypass security. You can request account deletion from your profile once no positive generation balance remains. Deleting an account does not create a refund entitlement. Contact support about account access or data rights; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page or by an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
